A 50% deposit will be required before work can be started. This doesn't apply to monthly contract plans.
PAY-AS-YOU-GO basis: $70.00/hour.
If maintenance took only half an hour, it's $35.00 minimum.
EMERGENCY UPDATE SERVICE: $100.00/hour.
This is when you need immediate maintenance due to special circumstance. There is no minimum. This also applies to IN A RUSH service, because you need it now. This will require us to work overtime.
Monthly Web Site Maintenance Contract Plans
- The monthly contract plans take priority over PAY-AS-YOU-GO web maintenance service since the hours are scheduled ahead of time.
- The monthly fees specified and agreed on the contract is due on the first day of each month. Payments can be made by a check, money order, or major credit card.
- Discounts are provided for the monthly contract plans depending on the number of hours you need to purchase per month.
The following are the types of monthly maintenance contract plans we offer. However, we are flexible. We can customize a web site maintenance plan that fits your specific situation.
MAMBO BRONZE PLAN: $135.00/month
This provides you up to 2 hours/month of web site maintenance service. Additional work is billed at $65.00/hour
TANGO SILVER PLAN: $275.00/month
This provides you up to 5 hours of web site maintenance service per month. Additional work is billed at $55.00/hour
FLAMENCO GOLD PLAN: $500.00/month
This provides you up to 10 hours of web site maintenance service. Additional work is billed at $45.00/hour
The above web site maintenance plans also applies to dynamic database driven web sites, flash web sites, web applications built in JavaScripts, PHP or JAVA, and other third party web applications if applicable as well as providing technical support to your clients or customers who are users of your web site application.
