CLOBECA.COM is a web design and web development company in Palm Harbor, Florida. We’ve relocated here from Somersworth, New Hampshire where we started the company in November 2004. We are southwest of Tampa, FL and northwest of St. Petersburg. We are right along the Gulf of Mexico.
